From 2009 to 2013, the WWW project included art, design and craft workshops for psychiatric patients and staff inside the Victorian Water Tower. Offering an escape from the clinical atmosphere of the hospital wards, the project was hugely popular with staff and service users. Activities included drawing, sculpture, circus workshops led by acrobats Mimbre<\/em><\/a> and wire walker Sam Hague, live music, poetry, knitting, gardening, tree work and parties in the Orchard.<\/p>\n The Walking the Wire Well Sculpture is dedicated to people who struggle with suicidal thoughts and the many who have died by suicide.<\/strong> Funded by Arts Council England and supported by Barnet Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\t\t
